| ARC Angels 8/01/2009 House of Blues / Chicago After the tragic and untimely death of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon joined up with Doyle Bramhall II and Charlie Sexton to form The ARC Angels. On this tour Mark NewMarc is on bass due to prior commitments by Tommy Shannon. They certainly had the music down to perfection, and the entire show was flawless and very enjoyable. This is what we came to hear. We are looking forward to when the next CD comes out and hopefully a tour is in the future. The ARC Angels certainly deserve a needed break to relax and work on new material so hopefully, they will tour again soon.
